Ant and carpenter ant control in Brampton & the GTA.
Pavement ants march in through foundation cracks each spring. Carpenter ants are a bigger concern: they hollow out damp or damaged wood around decks, windows and rooflines. Either way, killing the ants you see does not stop the colony, so we treat where they nest.

The short answer
Ant control in the GTA usually costs $300 to $380 before HST, and carpenter ant treatment $300 to $380. Treatment targets the colony with baits and perimeter or void treatment, not just the trail you can see. Carpenter ants also need the damp wood they nest in fixed.
Signs you need ants treatment
- Trails of small ants along counters, floors or windowsills
- Large black ants indoors in spring, especially at night (carpenter ants)
- Piles of fine sawdust near wood trim, decks or window frames
- Winged ants swarming from a wall or the foundation

Ants FAQ
Good questions,straight answers.
Carpenter ants or termites: how can I tell?
Carpenter ants have a narrow, pinched waist and bent antennae, and they push out fine sawdust. Termites have a thick waist and straight antennae, and leave mud tubes. Termites are rarer in most of the GTA, but a technician can confirm.
Why do ants keep coming back every spring?
If only the trail is sprayed, the colony survives and sends out new workers. Treating the colony and sealing entry points is what lasts.
Do carpenter ants damage houses?
They do not eat wood, but they excavate it to nest, usually in wood that is already damp or rotting. Over time that can weaken trim, decks and framing.
