Estimates and prices
Prices shown on our website and in the calculator are estimates in Canadian dollars, before HST. Your technician confirms the final price after the inspection and before any work starts. If the price changes, it will be shown on your service report.
Booking, rescheduling and cancelling
You can reschedule or cancel online until 24 hours before your visit. Inside 24 hours, please call 416-857-9254. Exterm Pest Control may reschedule visits for weather, safety or technician availability; we will tell you why and offer another time.
Arrival windows and access
We arrive within the arrival window shown on your booking. If we cannot get in, we will wait [15] minutes, then let you know so you can rebook. [A trip fee applies only if one is shown on your booking.]
Preparation and safety
Please follow the prep checklist for your service and the re-entry times on your service report. Keep children and pets away from treated areas and bait stations as your technician advises.
Warranty
Treatments include a 90-day written warranty on the treated pest at the treated property. [Describe what is covered, exclusions such as structural issues or new infestations, and how to claim.]
